Nectar Slush

 

1 scoop Nectar, any flavor

1/2 cup water

6–7 ice cubes

 

Put all ingredients into blender.  Blend on high for 45 seconds. Makes one serving.

 

Nutrition information per serving:  70 calories; 23 grams protein; 0 grams fat; 30 mg sodium, 80 mg calcium
