I received adequate information regarding the surgery prior to coming in for the surgical procedure.

The day of surgery arrival time is scheduled two hours prior to the procedure time. Taking the two hours into consideration, the procedure started promptly as scheduled.

The hospital provided a safe environment as outlined in the Patient Safety handout I received during the Pre-Admission Testing.

The staff responded to my needs in a timely manner.

The staff treated me with kindness and consideration, and they respected my privacy.

My pain was managed effectively.
